The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It is an 17th century building, modernized beautifully. The breakfast room has the most amazing view of the sea and of Vesuvius. The breakfast is more than adequate with eggs yogourt fresh fruit croissants pancakes, real Canadian maple syrup, desserts, coffee tea juices. Our reception by Gennaro was warm and welcoming and he was extremely helpful and patient with recommendations and directions. He made certain to greet us daily. He made our stay here extra special. Grazie Mille Gennaro! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Get the room with a view! The views and the room are gorgeous.

I love the central location easy to access the train to go to Pompeii or to Sorrento or the Amalfi coast for the day without paying those prices. Nice relaxed local, feel, excellent shopping and better deals than Naples and Rome for sure. Nice boardwalk to stroll after dinner for an ice cream. Good selection of delicious restaurants nearby. The hotel has a small but perfect pool to cool off in with amazing staff who take care of all your needs. You can order a nice Aperol spritz , or a lemon cello spritz and have lunch up there if you wish. It's a historical hotel that's been refurbished perfectly! Safe, clean and comfortable. Ernesto, JohnMarco and Annalisa as well as the rooftop people are all very helpful and friendly.

The location of the hotel is absolutly amazing! And the balconies let you enjoy it even more, from the privacy of the rooms (views and hotel were superb). The restaurant definitely deserves at least a visit for the dinner...very romantic atmosphere, it's worth trying any food on the restaurant menu.. Rooms are spacious, nice furnished. Service and staff were excellent. Honestly a 10/10.

amazing staff amazing location amazing room can’t say enough of how nice it was . We even got a free upgrade to city room and originally planned to use this hotel as landing for other places but instead fell in love with castellamare. The views are insane especially from the terrace and such a nice view at breakfast too!! Will be 100% coming back with the whole family this time !!!

Very clean,helpful staff,very friendly. They are trying their best, you can tell. Hotel lcation was excellent. I came on 15th August.,it was their holiday. Hotel invited everyone to roof top party. Free drinks, cakes, champgne. I watched fire works..It was most amazing experience! Want to say Thank you very much!!

Spacious, clean rooms. We used this as a base to spend days in different areas such as Capri, Sorrento, Pompeii etc. This hotel was on the front of the beach, so close to restaurants, shops. A good price for what we wanted to do!

Stunning hotel, friendly staff spoke excellent English. Sorted any problems immediately and without hassle. Nothing too much trouble. Insane reaturant views. Perfectly located hotel, as a solo female traveller I felt very safe in the hotel and surrounding area.

About the Hotel the location is amazing not far from Sorrento and from Pompeii , there is a train station very nice small town!! really the beat way to see Italy away from the big city Napoli. the staff are amazing!!!!! real helpful with everything! definitely going to come back! the breakfast room with the view of the see unbelievable, the bar at the top was closed when I visited.
